Release Notes R4.9
Introduction
Release 4.9 is the 17. official release of the Software Bus produced by Institute for Energy Technology since June 1996. The release is issued in December 2011.

Compatibility With Previous Versions
Version 4.9 is fully compatible with version 4.8. Applications based on R4.9 will communicate fine with applications based on R4.8.
Improvements and New Features
- Optional printouts have been added in all cases leading to a broken connection. Use the function set_comix_dbg_mask(COMIXDBG_CONNECT) to enable these printouts.
Bugs fixed
- A bug that might lead to uninitialized memory in Software Bus objects' initial data if initialized from pdat files has been fixed.
