Note that this is software is provided as a free product and we are therefore unable to guarantee a response to all comments mail received however we do appreciate all feedback.

Reporting Bugs

Please send bug reports to vr-support@hrp.no.

When sending bug reports related to the HVRC LOD Tool, if possible include a copy of the technical details in the about box (use the save button in the About window to save it to file).

Note that the HVRC LOD Tool uses open source third-party libraries to handle the loading of ISO VRML files and to perform polygon so we cannot guarantee that we are able to fix problems related to those functions even though we have access to the source code.
