About the LOD Tool Download
If your computer meets the necessary system requirements for the HVRC LOD Tool, then you can install a demonstration version of the Layout Tool on your system and use it to access our external CREATE server.
Note that everything you need is bundled in the installer if you are using Microsoft Windows or Linux x86. For other platforms you should ensure that you have at least Java 1.5 and Java 3D 1.5.1 installed prior to installation. Note that if you download the Linux x86 installer without Java bundled then Java 3D 1.5.1 is bundled in the installer.
Mac OS X users should download the Mac OS X specific archive containing an executable version of the HVRC LOD Tool.

Sorry, there is currently no documentation other than the FAQ available for this software yet. We expect that most users will be able to figure out how to use it by playing with it, however we strongly recommend reading the Read Me file and Release Notes that are bundled with the software. A FAQ is also available in the Support area of these web pages.
