Sections
- Tracer Technology
- The Tracer Technology section's main activities are:
- Reservoir Modeling
- The overall objective of the Section is to develop methods for improving petroleum reservoir models. This objective is achieved by developing and applying numerical simulation tools to solve fluid and mass conservation equations on the full-field and near-well scale.
- Tracer Analysis
- Reliable and sensitive chemical or radiochemical analyses are important prerequisites for Tracer Technology. Hence the main function of this section is to provide “state of the art” methods for the determination of IFE`s tracer molecules in the various sample matrices related to the Petroleum Industry.
- Field Studies
- Under construction
- Analysis of PFC Gas Tracers in Presence of High H2S Concentrations
- Tracers in Reservoir Description
- Non-Radioactive Gas Tracer Analysis
- High Pressure Flooding Equipment for Simulated Reservoir Experiments
